The area is popular for skiing, mountainbiking, climbing and hiking. The Ehrwalder Alm Cable Car is 5 km from Mellow Mountain Hostel and the climbing gym is 0.5 km away. It is the excellent place for staying if you intend to have a sport activity like climbing or hiking. The train station as well as the bus stops are nearby, the DE-ticket for trains works there, the bus ticket is included into the price of the hostel. There are metallic lockers with keys in the room to secure your stuff when you go out. There is a washing machine available at the basement. There is also a wonderfully decorated hall with big, panoramic windows, inspiring a peaceful atmosphere. There is also a fingerboard (!) at the entrance, so one can training fingers directly in the hostel :) As well if the weather is not good for open-air rock climbing, then the free entrance to the climbing (klettern) gym nearby (in Ehrwald) is provided.

Conveniently situated 1.5 km from the Hausberg ski lift in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Hotel Alpengruss features a terrace, and free WiFi. Hiking and cycling trails are easily accessible.

These classically decorated rooms are bright and colour, with wooden floors and wooden furnishings. Each room provides an en suite bathroom, and all rooms include a TV and some of them have balcony. Breakfast was absolutley brilliant. Location is really great, close to the train station. Very clean and very modern. New rooms!

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains.

Farchant is an ideal staring point for hiking and skiing, with several skilifts within 9 km. Zugspitze (mountain) is 15 kilometers away and Eibsee (lake) is 15 kilometers away. The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, clean and furnished in a unique, I would say traditional style. The host - owner of the property was very friendly, outgoing and welcoming. We loved everything about our stay there and we would recommend the hotel 10 out of 10 times.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. It has panorama garden with a view of the Zugspitze mountain peak and is located just few minutes' walk from the centre of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Nothing to say, all was prefect.

This traditional, family-run hotel offers rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi internet in the centre of Oberammergau. The main train station is less than 300 metres from the hotel.

Mornings at the Hotel Antonia start with a freshly prepared breakfast in the breakfast room. Location, coffee machine with many coffee pods, dishes and tea set, spacious room. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

Sightseeing tours are available within a reachable distance of the property. If you would like to discover the area, skiing, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and the apartment can arrange a ski equipment rental service. Very clean, spacious, friendly

The host’s exceptional hospitality, including the thoughtful welcome basket and festive gifts during Christmas, made the stay truly memorable. The modern, spacious accommodation with beautiful natural light and cozy amenities like underfloor heating created the ideal atmosphere for a special holiday with my family.
