Attractively situated in the Bansko Ski Lift Area district of Bansko, Prime Apartments is situated less than 1 km from Holy Trinity Church, a 14-minute walk from Bansko Municipality and 2 km from Holy Virgin Church. This apartment features free private parking, private check-in and check-out and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Our stay was great and the host replied to our request very fast. We could even have a later checkout to make it more convenient for us to finish our skiing on our last day

The SPA is great, and the 15 min 90-degree sauna + the 10 min Igloo combo is my favorite! The facilities are clear and functional. Outside pool with warm water overlooking the snowy mountains is one of my favorite spots as well! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the bar has all you need in terms of drinks! I recommend!

Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers a children's playground. The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and car hire is available at this 5-star hotel. The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

We liked the pool and the pool bar very much (you could order drinks in the water). The staff were very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was also very good. We will come back.
