Stylish and comfortable, with great staff, great bar and great kitchen. I had a beautiful double room with cosy terrace and excellent bed for a great sleep. Service and ambience this house offers is well above official three stars. Bedore choosing this stay I have read some reviews from other travellers, property matches them all by far. I'll be back!

The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. Towels and linen were provided at no extra cost. Lockers inside the room with a key-card lock. The large kitchen and dining facilities to cook and eat. Larger lockers to store larger items were available downstairs, and also available to those who had to check-out early but staying in the area could use the provided lockers. Staff were also very friendly :)

Not sure why this is a 3 Star hotel, absolutely fantastic - from the first to the last moment. Exceptionally kind employees, from receptionist to waitress and Chef de Service. Clean, great SPA, good location and fantastic for the price.

Very nice and clean bathrooms, a small kitchen w/ a fridge available for use by guests. A garden overlooking the mountains, with chairs and table for outdoor dining/relaxation.

Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The best hotel I ever had: the location, the balcony with a superb view, the spa, the breakfast. I would stay here forever

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Good location (at main road), near to zermatt train station, coop, restaurants. Room is clean/spacious (with balcony). Breakfast is good, plenty of choices.
