Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The hotel staff were really nice! The hotel has many amenities and includes breakfast. You can see the Matterhorn from the breakfast area! The room was very clean and spacious.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Beautiful hotel with good food and service. An employee met us at the trainstation to collect and bring the guests in nice electric cars. Our luggage was being brought to our room. And what a room we had, view of the top of the Matterhorn. Beautiful. The breakfast next morning was good and the shuttle service of the hotel dropped us on time at the station to go back to Täsch.

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Very clean, great view of the Matterhorn from our room, great breakfast. Overall lovely hotel with traditional elements.

This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It was exemplary in every way. And affordable at the beginning of December

The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. Great location to ski lifts. Great ski storage and boot warmers. Ski bus out front of hotel to all local ski chairs. Easy walk from train station and a shuttle bus is available. Fantastic breakfast selection. Staff were outstanding. Very comfortable hotel as a base in Zermatt. Exceptionally clean hotel.
