The staff, the environment, the building, the rooms, the restaurant. If you decide to go here it is worth trying to book one of the restaurants in the train carriage. We went to 1928 and it was fantastic. The rooms are really lovely with great views of the Pyrenees. The bathroom was excellent with all the facilities you could need. Breakfast was great with a buffet but also items you could order from a menu as well. Amazing stay.

Interaction with Pilar, the host, was excellent, she and her friend Nati were very helpful. We enjoyed both Benasque being optimally located for fabulous hiking tours, and the apartment as a very convenient place to relax.

We have stayed in this hotel before and the standards are always high.
