This 19th-century hotel is located in the centre of beautiful Mont Dore, and makes a wonderful base for exploring the Massif du Sancy. During winter, a free shuttle can take you to the nearest ski slopes. The thermal centre is just 200 metres away. I loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The attention to détail, the cleanliness, the staff and location were all outstanding. Really looking forward to going back for another weekend break. Highly recommend a visit.

Sas Road Runner Café in Égliseneuve-dʼEntraigues provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. There is a restaurant serving French cuisine, and free private parking is available. This place far exceeded our expectations! Really conveniently located, great to see both sides of the Volcanoes natural park. The room was really clean, pretty and cosy, with some well thought and appreciated additions, like free cocoa <3 I LOVED the shower! Both the inlcuded breakfast and the dinner we ordered were super tasty, served beautifully and in large portions, and with great vegetarian options! Last but not least, the owners are super kind, very pleasant and extremely welcoming. Thank you!!

Skiing, cycling and fishing are possible within the area, and La Grange de Lily offers ski storage space. Breakfast was amazing by the pool. The hospitality and kindness of Lily and Didier were great, always ready to help and advice for hikes, shops and restaurants, which make our stay even better. The place is very well take care of, and with a pleasant garden and trees. We spent the mornings outside enjoying the oustanding mountains, and the afternoons having a swim at the pool and reading. It was a great place to disconnect and being active doing outdoors activities. Looking forward to come back with my family too. Merci beaucoup Lily and Didier! C´est Super!

There was lots of storage space - wardrobe, shelves and drawers. The hosts had thought of everything.

Everything was super charming but the best was the friendliness of the hosts, the superb food and the looks. Very cozy and charming house with great surroundings for hiking. You feel like home and the hosts are such great people and good cooks.

This 2-star hotel offers ski storage space. The property is non-smoking and is situated 44 km from Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral. The hotel were very helpful. Helped with the bags, and then directed us to the ski hire just round the corner, where we were able to get seen right away the evening before we started skiing. Excellent breakfast!

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. Amazing! Comfy and well-furnished, two whole rooms with a kitchen, a wood pellet stove, multiple chairs and couches, books about the region... The owner was also very kind and I'm sure she wouldn't have helped if I had any problem. In the center of beautiful Murat. And crazy cheap for all that.

Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and File dans ta chambre! offers a ski pass sales point. Our stay at Fils dans ta chambre was a wonderful experience. Emilie is an exceptional host. She made all our reservations for our onward walk on the GR70. It was a huge relief as our French vocabulary is very limited. The rooms are very clean and beds super comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. We had dinner and breakfast - 3 course dinner - fresh and homemade - delicious. Breakfast was excellent. An excellent host with excellent facilities. Highly recommended
