The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a shared lounge and currency exchange for guests. Owner, Mamuka, is super friendly! Even though we don’t speak Georgian, Russian and Italian, we managed to share a bit of life (on wine / travel tips) via translation apps. He even gave us some Georgian wine to try! Only stairs to access the room but not a big problem for us. Conveniently located that only 5-min walk to Avlabari metro station where you can find buses to Yerevan / many other places. Nice fruit shops downstairs.

Balcony was great to enjoy the views and sounds of Tbilisi. Great communication with host. Overall excellent value for money.

A casino and a baby safety gate are available at Chrono Room, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace. A great little apartment with everything you could want for a short stay. It’s very central and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The hostess was kind and prompt with all messages. I made the mistake of leaving my phone charger when I left. After contacting her, she said she had found it and kept it for me for 10 days when I returned to Tbilisi. I totally recommend staying here.
