Greeted by a great team who helped with all our questions and then there were all the special little extras like the kitchen items to rent for free for our room, the kids games and records etc. A great hotel that goes the extra mile. The team were also fantastic helping our group get to the airport organizing our taxis and luggage. Thank you we really appreciated it.

The room was quite small, BUT the bed was very comfy, the TV was very nice and the ambient music delightful. The toilet was phenomenal. Everything was very clean. An convient store was directly connected to the hotel which was very practical. I was there with my husband and we had a very good time. Arigato gozaimasu!

Toilet: Very clean, Room: Twin room although smaller BUILT-UP, but we are satisfied with the soundproof wall (can't hear flushing noise frm next door). Heater and humidifier provided.

The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Whether that be helping with organization and logistics, helping with travel drops, huge efforts to provide the best service: genuine smiles and conversations and sincere interest in you as visitors to their home. Located 2.8 km from Sapporo Station, 13 km from Shin-Sapporo Station and 19 km from Otarushi Zenibako City Center, LIT’S INN Sapporo provides accommodation set in Sapporo. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The aparthotel features family rooms. The place is in Susukino area so finding food is not an issue. Walkable distance to the closest subway station and slightly further to Odori Park and Sapporo Station. It is very spacious and clean, with 3 rooms with large beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also washer in the unit. Parking space is possible with early request. I had no trouble booking a parking spot for my car. To note that check-in is only possible via the Internet as there in no reception desk. Recommend to pre-register online prior to arrival. You will then receive instruction and codes to access your room. Communication was a breeze and we are even able to store our luggage once we checkout out in the morning and came back later for our luggage in the evening before leaving to the airport.

Setsu Niseko offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna, hot tub and hot spring bath. Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Onsen. Restaurants downstairs were good, loved Luke’s! Location. Ski rental on site and the shuttles were frequent and excellent. Early check-in was accommodated, loved the little Japanese PJs they gave us for our stay.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 4.9 km from Windy Garden. Very modern, all facilities were exactly as was expected from the website. Lots of electrical outlets. The parking area is covered so snow doesn’t fall on to the car.
