Set at 1,770 metres above sea level in the very centre of Kopaonik, the modern and comfortable Hotel Grand Kopaonik offers amazing views of Kopaonik National Park, just steps away from the main ski lift. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines. The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. The massage service was incredible. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Definitely would recommend for families with children.

The wellness centre provides professional relaxing treatments and massages which are perfect after a whole day on the ski slopes or after long walks. Guests can also relax in the saunas that are available in the wellness centre complex at a surcharge. Perfect location, excellent facilities for a young family. The children playroom was a huge hit with my 4 year old Boy.

Skiing is possible within the area and the villa offers ski storage space. A very friendly, helpful host. The house and grounds exceeded expectations, and the host did everything to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend. He offered some places around to visit while we stay there. There are many things to visit nearby - viewpoints, great cave and some other locations - all of them not far away

The resort offers both free WiFi and free private parking. New hotel, all furniture, linens, towels, new and clean. Well equipped with modern cozy furniture. Warm apartment. Floor parket heating. Personal went above and beyond on check in, prepared apartment, heated it and put extra towels. Breakfast was very various, big choices, everything fresh delicious. Nice light restaurant and good furnished. Parking underground. Nice staff in restaurant. Everybody welcoming and friendly. Thank everyone who make this place so good.
