Free WiFi is available throughout. It's very near to the ski track and we got an excellent view of the ski track from our room. The hotel staff were very humble and polite, special thanks to Nikola the hotel manager. Overall ambience was excellent and it has a vast variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

Family amusement park, Dino Park is 1 km away while Ski Resort Obudovica is 2 km from the hotel. Everything, the pool and spa complex was fantastic. We especially loved the kids area in the pool with the water slides! As well as the kids play area, both inside and outside. The staff was very accommodating and took care of all of our needs.

Set at 1,770 metres above sea level in the very centre of Kopaonik, the modern and comfortable Hotel Grand Kopaonik offers amazing views of Kopaonik National Park, just steps away from the main ski lift. Aside from the fact that i was upgraded to a spectacular room with the best view of Kopaonik and space so that our baby can explore, Grand Hotel is in the top tier when it comes to location, food and staff are excellent. Things that they stand out in: Only hotel to have enough amenities, space and options that if one wished, they don't need to leave the hotel. Outdoor space, indoor space, space for sports, for kids, for business, spectacular size and quality of spa, big parking for all guests, organized outdoor cookouts, great restaurant options within the hotel.

The wellness centre provides professional relaxing treatments and massages which are perfect after a whole day on the ski slopes or after long walks. Guests can also relax in the saunas that are available in the wellness centre complex at a surcharge. Location, comfort, excellent breakfast, very good playground for children,good spa, staff are very polite, value for money. Recommend!

Skiing is possible within the area and the villa offers ski storage space. The owners were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is very clean, the bed is confortable with nice linen, and kitchen well equiped with everything we needed to cook a meal. It's not at the city center but is very near, and it was what we were looking for. There was a storm and all roads were full of snow. As the accommodation is near the road, this wasn't a problem.

The resort offers both free WiFi and free private parking. New hotel, all furniture, linens, towels, new and clean. Well equipped with modern cozy furniture. Warm apartment. Floor parket heating. Personal went above and beyond on check in, prepared apartment, heated it and put extra towels. Breakfast was very various, big choices, everything fresh delicious. Nice light restaurant and good furnished. Parking underground. Nice staff in restaurant. Everybody welcoming and friendly. Thank everyone who make this place so good.
