Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

Beautiful hotel, great location, nearby all points of interest. The pool is great, heated (33-34 degrees), there's both a small indoor and a bigger outdoor playground which was really great for the kids. The room was massive with beautiful views of forests and mountains. Everything was spotless. The food choice is not massive but the quality is top notch and the menu changes daily which was really nice. Highly recommended for a nature-first holiday with kids. Having bathrobes waiting in the room exactly the size for our kids was a beautiful touch.

The property also offers free parking. Perfect location for a ski holiday, a short walk to the ski lift. The property is grand, a mix of old and new . Feels very much like a mountain lodge. My room had amazing views of the mountains and surrounding forests, very quiet and peaceful . Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh and lots to choose from. The ski equipment room and lockers made it easy for me to get ready for each day skiing.

Ski equipment hire is offered 100 metres away and the train station is set 200 metres away. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Spacious, with well equipped kitchen, big bathroom with bath and a balcony. Additionally, beautiful view for the mountains, very good location nearby both the lake and train station made the stay unique and comfortable.

Staff are very knowledgable and polite. It is really easy to get to beautiful places from here. The room is well equipped.

Horský Hotel Popradské Pleso is a good starting point to go hiking and take part in guided alpine hikes to Gerlach or Vysoka, as well as join mountain climbing tours in the High Tatras. It is an amazing hiker shelter/hotel. The staff was really nice, beds are very comfy but the best is the breakfast - amazing buffet breakfast. It is a great place to start a hike to Rysy

The hotel's ski bus departs from the hotel garage -2 at pre-scheduled times upon reservation. It provides good connections to the Park Snow Štrbské Pleso ski resort, located 900 meters away. This service is available during the winter season and can be used free of charge. Just 300 metres from the Jakubova lúka Ski Centre, this apartment house can be found 1 km from the centre of Starý Smokovec. It offers a self-catered accommodation with free WiFi in public areas and rooms. Was even better, than I expected. The photos of the room do not show full picture. The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!
