The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. Hotel is fantastic; the views are glorious, the spa is extremely relaxing and well curated. The room was much bigger than expected with was a nice surprise. It was my 2y old's bday and we found a surprise little gift in the room with a card for him and his little brother which was incredibly sweet. Even the arrival treats were given having kids in mind (macaroons and dates for the adults, candy for the kids).

Welcoming staff and exceptional quality or service. The view is magnificent. Because it was my husband`s birthday, they gave us a corner room, such a great gesture. The infinity pool & the relaxing lounge in the spa was extraordinary. Same thing with the foods and drinks, everything was great.

Everything was perfect. Staffs were super friendly, breakfast was delicious and the Spa was awesome. Definitely worth the money. We had high expectations given how nice the pictures online look and it looks even better in person.
