The view from our room was excellent, the lake, swans, ducks, snowed mountains and boats were amazing. The location was extraordinary, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were amazing. Artemisa, Leandro and Bruna were very kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to help us and gave us what we needed and everyone from room service helped us as well. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work in making our stay so welcoming and wonderful, we really appreciate it. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Montreux, believe me, you won’t regret it ❤️

The room was spacious with the promised balcony and wonderful view of the lake. I wish we had had more time to enjoy it and all the options including pool and sauna and a walk along the lake. The breakfast spread was huge with the view of the lake. The city pass also provided lots of options/discounts -- something that we get from the high city taxes -- including to Chateau Chillon which is only 10 minutes away.

Only a few steps from Lake Geneva, Villa Toscane is an Art Nouveau building from 1905 with a beautiful interior design. The rooms are decorated in a modern style with light colours.

We got a free upgrade so we ended up staying at the Hotel Royal Plaza, the room was beautiful, we made use of the pool and spa facilities which were excellent. We also had a lovely dinner in the restaurant.

The location, the friendly staff, exquisite restaurant on terrace with beautiful views, beautiful spacious rooms with a view of the lake and mountains. 24m swimming pool with deep end and excellent Spa with professional therapists. Very beautiful location, amazing view, room was very good. Breakfast was perfect. Wellness area was very good, pool, jacuzzi, very nice. Staff were very responsive and polite. Parking was available as announced, indoor garage and few places near hotel.
