Of a two week trip throughout Europe this hotel was by far our favorite. The views/location was breathtaking, the room (Duplex) was clean, comfortable and luxurious in size, and the staff was kind and helpful at every turn. My recent stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with genuine warmth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities (like high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern bathroom, and a well-stocked minibar) made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from my window was stunning! The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!
