We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The location is absolutely breathtaking—right by the lake with stunning mountain views, especially at sunset. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the facilities were beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade—the room was huge, the toilet was spacious, and the balcony was such a lovely spot to unwind. Breakfast was good, and the lady attending to the guests was kind and attentive, making the morning experience even better. The staff overall were warm and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. They also let us check in early and check out late. We loved every second of our stay and are already planning to return this summer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful lakeside setting!

The room was spacious with a huge balcony. The overall decoration has a sense of design, and the wooden decoration makes you feel like you are in the forest. The reception service is very professional and introduces the hiking route in detail

Small, cozy, it looks like the owners live in it themselves. I love and respect this very much. We were getting back from Lucerne late, the children were already asleep, and it was a kilometer away from the bus stop. I called them, they picked us up in a car from the stop. It was very helpful.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. I was upgraded from the garden to the lake view. The view from the room is excellent and breath taking. All of us love this place and will come back again.

The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art.
