The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was spot on - clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. We loved the location - close to the lake, the centre, the tramline, and with a couple of supermarkets close by. The roof terrace was a great bonus. Breakfasts were delicious and, particulary for the 2 of us who are vegan, offered plenty of choice. We also made use of the self catering facilities, which were great. We loved the extra touches too - free water and apples, welcome icecreams, and free coffee throughout the day. If we do come back to Zurich, without a doubt we will stay at Alma.

It was so nice. The staffs were attentive, especially Robin at Front Desk and the housekeeping staffs. Our room was spacious and VERY comfortable. It was cold outside but it was always pleasant inside. The floor was warm as well. The view was spectacular. We got to experience different kinds of weather at the top as we stayed there for a few days. The location itself is a tourist attraction so there are lots of trails. It’s really nice to walk around!

I love the warm and cozy lobby and rooms. You really do feel right at home. Free coffee and drinks in the room is a nice touch and breakfast on Sundays till 1pm, can it get better than this? Yes it can! Staff is absolutely amazing. All the receptionists I have interacted with were so nice and helpful. I even got my room early! Will definitely stay here again for my next trips to Zurich!
