Excellent location and spacious room with modern and clean facilities. The concierge is efficient compare to other hotels that I have stayed with. The front desk manager SanSan is truly remarkable with her proactive approach and made all my family members felt very welcome. In fact it is her I think that makes the hotel so special.

Fantastic location, breakfast was incredible, staff was always very nice. The overall atmosphere and design of the hotel make it seem like it's suitable for younger people, but nearly everyone would feel good staying there. Rooms feel super modern (electrochromic or liquid crystal glass in the bathroom, etc). The highlight of my stay was the lobby bar (Woo Bar). The bartender was super cool and remembered our "custom" drink the next day. The sound quality at the bar was fantastic too. Loved the live DJ ascending on the moving DJ table from behind the bar shelf. Sol37 was also good, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and open space of the Woo Bar more. If someday in the future I end up in Suzhou again, this will be my go-to place.

Although situated in a nice and quiet location, it is within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, with a good drop-off area. Good if you have a lot of luggage and travelling with young and elderly members. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and the service is efficient.
