I have been travelling to Xiamen every year for business, first time at this hotel. Excellent facilities, friendly and accommodating staff (though most don’t speak English-as usual in China, but they will do their best to assist you), great breakfast buffet and only 10 min walk to the exhibition center. Shopping area with restaurants also 10 min walk, so location is ideal. Great seaview. Will happily stay here again!

The best part was probably our experience with 吴琳 （Vinnie). After checking out, we waited at the waiting area and 吴琳 kindly approached us for assistance. The staff there was polite and helpful. What I don't like is how booking.com arrangement. When I arrived , I was informed my booking wasn't in thier system. I was damn tired and have to wait until they arrange the room for me. I was checked in to the room and they verified my card while they checking my reservation with booking.com I was so shocked when my bill turn out RM965.80 instead of RM804 as I book earlier with booking.com If your portal unable to handle my booking , please inform me before I took the hassle take a taxi to the hotel. I am really disappointed with what was happened. Just felt been cheated by booking.com

Breakfast was great. Coffee needed to be more easily accessible. I had to ask for a cup. Why not have self-service coffee? Rooms was nice. I liked the location, next to the beach and running path. Really nice.
