The cakes in the cafe were good, as was the service everywhere. The exception being the outside (front) bar area, which had less good service. Room was good, clean and spacious. The spa was reasonable, the hot sauna was excellent, the medium heat one was okay, the seam room was poor. No strong steam. My wife has a massage which she was pleased with. The bedroom were spacious and nice but I can’t relate it to cosy one. Free wellness provides with the swimming pool and one Finnish sauna. You get the spa experience but also you stay in a 600 year old castle in the middle of the forest, so it is quite a unique place. We particularly liked the breakfast (ok for vegetarians, might be tricky for vegans, but you can contact them before to for dietary requirements). The spa is also really good with plenty of options for massages and skin treatments. The 2 saunas and jacuzzi by the pool are also really relaxing.
