Staff was friendly, great breakfast (you can get free bubbles as well), there is a spa with a sauna, steam room and big hot tub that you can use as well. It was easily walkable to a mall and tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and the elevators made it easy to get to different floors. I also enjoyed a very nice massage. The staff member who checked me in was super friendly and used the opportunity to practice her German. The bathroom was spacious with free use of a bathrobe. The room and the bed were big and comfortable. We could go to the spa of Metropol Spa Hotel with a charge. We really enjoyed the massages and the facial treatment.
