Fantastic location, walked outside and was in the heart of the city centre. Nice clean room with kettle, tea/coffee and biscuits ect. Even had bottles of water and little chocolates. All staff we spoke to were lovely and chatty.

Amazing place, very clean, high standard, beautiful views, easy access to rooms, both buildings are connected with a bridge, no need to go outside, rooms are clean, bright, spacious, bathroom is clean well lit and towels are soft and fresh. Didn't go to the spa or gym but had a look and it is brilliant, I wish I had more time to check it out. Worth staying for few nights. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. They could provide with information, maps, places to eat, and to visit.

A fantastic birthday stay which was a surprise for my partner. Beautiful romantic room ( worth the upgrade - garden view) Very good , exquisite dinner, very pleasant and clean spa area.

The grounds of the hotel were immaculate and very well cared for. The reception staff were very friendly and polite and our room was as expected. The reception area had comfortable seating and allowed for drinks to be served from the bar. The breakfast was excellent with nothing missing except a selection of alternate teas (fruit) to avoid having to request this from staff.
