Great place! New, modern, great equipment. Literally everything what you need. The beds were very comfortable. Our apartment was next to elevator but it wasn't any noise. We slept perfect) Breakfast was also really good. We use a parking garage- nice and clean. Stuff was very nice. Definitely recommended!

The room is amazing with lots of space, a large bathroom, and stylish decoration. The overall hotel is perfectly located on a quiet place and it offers a cosy and well-designed atmosphere. The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is problably one of the best in town with an excellent value for money.

fantastic hotel and amazing staff. they did not charge us for early check in and super late check out. also they used to make amazing soups just for our 11 month old baby who only eats non salted home made food. are so grateful. recommend this hotel to anyone

First, the Staff. They were very helpful and extremely polite. Very safe , Extremely clean, location is perfect and close to lots of good restaurants and Danube is ver very close walking distance.

Could the highlight of a trip be the hotel? If you’re staying at the Anantara New York Palace, the answer is an absolute yes! My wife and I referred to the hotel as the “museum” for the duration of our stay (and still do) because of the mind-blowing interior and exterior architecture. Our stay was beyond amazing with excellent staff, automatic house-keeping multiple times a day, prompt laundry service, and rooms that were so very comfortable to stay in. We opted for the daily breakfast and boy am I glad we did! The morning feast was incredible with all sorts of hot and cold food options, drinks and desserts. The waiters and staff members were extremely courteous and will go out of their way to ensure that you have fully enjoyed your breakfast and stay. Lastly, their spa and additional features (massage rooms, therapeutics, etc) are enough to keep you busy for at least a day. I rarely give a 10 but this stay sincerely deserves it. I know where we will be staying any time we visit Budapest again! (10/10)
