I went there with my wife on our honeymoon and I totally recommend this hotel, we stayed there for a week without leaving the resort not even once (ten out of ten). The food at the restaurant is outstanding and the portions are decent. Regarding lunch and dinner, we loved the prawns, steaks, burgers, pizzas, etc... Also they have variety of delicious soups and appetizers. For breakfast, they have different types of eggs, fresh fruits, fresh juices, coffee, waffles, pancakes, etc and they taste amazing. Really hats-off to the amazing chef. The service and waiters are super friendly. The facilities are very clean, and the private pool with the view on the ocean is breathtaking. We enjoyed swimming at the beach, the pool and our private pool. Also, amazing views. The service in general is amazing and the Staff are just lovely, Also, we had a romantic dinner arranged with photoshoot. We really enjoyed it and we were very happy with the received photos. Yeah and finally the spa is great. We had received a couple massage very other day and felt super relaxed. TOTALY RECOMMENDED

All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. From check-in to check-out. Especially Kadek Ardita at the front desk was great. At check-in I was taken to my villa which was perfect. With a beautiful terrace and the outdoor shower was awesome. I asked for a yoga mat and about 10 minutes later it was in my room. The place where yoga/sports can be done is beautiful with a great view. I also loved the selection of books in the library as it has a bit of everything. The room is also chilled. The food is very good and the restaurant staff very accommodating. Unfortunately I don't know all the names but yuanita in particular was charming. I had two massages and it was great! The wifi is also very good throughout the whole area. This resort makes you feel like you're in heaven in my opinion. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying time to yourself. I'm already looking forward to my next stay and can highly recommend it! I also extended my stay from 3 to 5 nights because I just didn't want to leave. Many thanks to the whole team for the great service!

I had booked 1 night… and I ended up staying 10 days! Almost everything is said with this sentence. I loved my stay at Villa Casablanca Surf Keramas. After staying in several hotels in Indonesia, I felt at home here. A family atmosphere reigns in the hotel, the staff is incredibly friendly and very available when needed. The rooms are comfortable, bright, the bedding is good quality, the bathroom is large (the shower pressure is great! And the water is hot!). The swimming pool and the area around it are also very pleasant. I really had a quality stay, if I return to Keramas I will definitely stay here again. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so perfect. A very big THANK YOU to: Anies, what a professional!, she manages a lot of things but she always remains available, so friendly and delicate to help us whatever the request; to Pitri, Nia, Kadek, Gusti, Gede, Ngurah… (I am sorry if I do mistakes in writing the first names and if I forget any) whether for the preparation of the excellent breakfast that I had every morning (best time of the day!), for their delicacy in the service in the restaurant, for taking care of my room by cleaning it, for helping me carry my suitcases… a big thank you to all. I like the hotel very nice and beautiful territory. good spacious room with bath😍 I like the balcony and in the evening on balcony can listen the sound of the ocean.
