Everything was amazing! Katamaran is an absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms were stylish, perfectly clean, the beds comfortable, the breakfast had a ton of choices and good quality. They offer stand-up paddling, snorkeling, and kanu (or however that boat is called). They were always super friendly. The view in the evening is amazing. And it's also pretty nice to wake up seeing the ocean. The staff was super friendly and supportive

1.The scenery is fantastic, with a wide view of the sea that looks beautiful from sunrise to sunset. 2.The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with many restaurants, especially Rinca Restaurant, which is worth experiencing multiple times. I really like the Indonesian fried rice and fried noodles here. 3.The staff are very friendly and professional, especially Tino who guided us in hiking and trekking. He provided us with a lot of help along the way, and we sincerely thank all the hotel staff for providing us with a very pleasant stay experience. 4.The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and both the full day trip and snorkeling trip are great. The boats are new, the food is good, and safety is also well-maintained. The only downside is that the tours are a bit more expensive compared to outside tours. 5.The room is clean. I really hope to come back here another day😄

This is our second stay in sudamala resort and sofar its the most amazing place for holiday. Everything is great, especially the beach, beautiful coralreef, nice clean seawater, the villa itself, very comfortable bed, big choice of drinks, tasty meals in restaurant. The staff works really hard to keep this place clean and is very friendly. We will always visit this resort for holiday, if you are looking for quiet paradise island for family, this is the right place for you. And thank you Sudamala Staff to organise a small birthday party for our small boy and beautiful decoration and bday cake on the beach without extra charge. We will never forget it!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional! I can’t even begin to describe how incredible the service, comfort, and overall experience were. I was searching for a kid-friendly hotel in Labuan Bajo, and this was the only one that allowed children under 12 to stay with their parents. I was lucky enough to secure a room before it sold out for the Lunar Holiday. Even though I booked a king-bed room, I was amazed by how spacious and well-ventilated it was. The service went beyond excellent—we were personally greeted by the hotel manager, Peter Kleiss, along with the front desk staff. What made it even more special was the seamless check-in experience, which was done in our room with the assistance of our assigned 24-hour butler, Yosef. The kids’ club was fantastic! My daughter was in tears when it was time to say goodbye to Ms. Astri, Ms. Tri, and Ms. Ima. The recreational team also made our stay memorable by arranging for my husband and me to try on traditional Manggarai attire and learn about the Manggarai culture—huge thanks to Mr. Yohanes and Ms. Ima for that! The hotel also organized various activities for us, including snorkeling, water scooters, kayaking, and hiking. Special thanks to Mr. Julio and Mr. Leri for their assistance. The food was absolutely delicious, carefully curated by the talented Chef Andi Hartono. When I experienced seasickness from island hopping, Chef Andi thoughtfully prepared a herbal tea that instantly relieved my headache. There were so many wonderful staff members whose names I can’t recall, but what amazed me most was how they all remembered ours! Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly special. We stayed for five nights, yet when it was time to leave, it felt like we were leaving a piece of our hearts behind. This hotel is truly one-of-a-kind, and we will definitely return—especially since the kids had such an unforgettable experience.

Especially the staff was very kind and helpful. Archilius from the reception helped us a lot, for example organising some scooters and a transfer to the next city. The view from our balcony was amazing!

Very nice and helpful staff. They help organise multiple trips and everything else about your stay in Labuan Bajo. Clean room and bathroom and overall lots of space in the room. Recommended!
