Photos do not do it justice at all. Not only is the hotel gorgeous, but the people working at the resort make it beyond amazing. We decidedly to extend our stay for 2 days. Hubby and I came to Indonesia to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our room was absolutely beautifully decorated. I was not expecting that at all. ❤️ Huge thank you for the decoration. We extended our stay twice because I really felt safe here and everyone was so sweet. Breakfast was great. If more variety of fruits can be added, it would be great! If you are gluten and lactose intolerant, Dwi is your person. She is amazing! We had dinner at Kliff and Sail. Kliff has an absolutely incredible view. It would be a sin to not go to the Kliff. I want to say a huge thank you to Tari and the check-in employees who worked on January 1st after 10.00 pm. I was scared for my life due to being horribly harassed by loads of male locals at the airport. There is a taxi mafia going on at the airport. I was trembling like a leaf. Tari and her co-workers were beyond sweet. Tari held me and calmed me down. The next day employees were asking me how I was doing. Words cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you from the earth to the moon. Shout out to Dwi. Dwi was hands-on in taking care of my gluten-free bread and pancake. She also was hands-on with the floating breakfast. So sweet! Again Tari was such an angel calming me down. Nena and the other girl with a bob cut at the front desk are sweethearts. Also huge shout out to the male employees receiving my husband and me when we arrived with the aggressive and scammer taxi driver.

I don’t even know where to start… This place is a gem! Starting from service ending with views and facilities. Everything was great. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We spent our last two days of the vacation at this property before flying back home, and it was the best decision we had ever made on our trip. Very relaxing resort, great spa with gorgeous views,lots of treatments and massages are offered, two big pools, air conditioned library, friendly professional personnel I can go on and on. Dini, Ken and Windhi made our stay so much more fun and easy. Their professional and friendly approach throughout our stay and voluntary entertainment of our 4 months old daughter during our meals was amazing! Also, we had a delay with our departure and they allowed us to hang out at the library until our departure. They also offered us a room for shower and to get our baby a place to nap. We appreciated this kind generous gesture. The room was beautiful and spacious. Outdoor shower was lovely. The property in general is beautiful and grounds are well maintained.The food was delicious. We are definitely planning to come back and stay longer in the future!

The welcome feeling, and the extra services. Pande Fo supervisor, was more than helpful and kind, and so patient. Mr Emron was always double checking if we loved the food, and open for any kind of feedback, and of cours all the staff where super super kind and helpful.

We loved everything. Starting from the staff, they were all really nice and attentive. We would like to leave a kind word to Luna, who took care of us every breakfast with a smile on her face. The facillities are also amazing. The spacious bedrooms, amazing comfortable beds, great decoration. The pool was beautiful and well kept.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the beautiful food, to amazingly decorated rooms, pool, and beautiful empty beach. The staff goes beyond to fulfill every wish of the guest. The tranquility of this place is just what a person needs to relax the mind and soul.

Absolutely friendly staff! They always cared a lot. The villa was cleaned daily, very good breakfast variety.

The staff is extremely kind. They helped us to find the shopping bag that we lost. The food is delicious.

We had a perfect stay. Room was the cleanest, neatest and most comfortable in all of Indonesia. The food was wonderful, the staff are exceptional (especially Made, Superman, Putu, Anis and Agung), poolside immaculate. It was like living in a dream. We wanted to extend our stay here but only the more expensive rooms were available and out of our budget. The food can be expensive, as they are in these top resorts, but there are some fantastic restaurants in 4 minute walking distance as well as a few mini-marts. Quick drive to Senggigi and when available the hotel driver will take you. The bonus was cookies and a bedtime story every night. May your hotel go from strength to strength.
