Everything fine. Location and service very nice 10/10. Staff every time supporting in many questions. Also I would like to say “Thank you very much for our vacation” Agung De, Boy, Toni. These guys exceed our expectations with support in our deals.

It’s surrounded by rice fields, unblocked views of the mountains, clean, neat, tidy, spacious. Although it’s out of the place from the Ubud center, I believe this is also the benefit of its location that I love about.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this review. Everything was absolutely perfect the hotel itself, our room, the food, the spa… During our stay, we enjoyed every facility available. We had breakfast and dinner daily, booked a massage, joined a skincare session, and from the moment we walked in the door, everything absolutely everything was wonderful. I’ll never forget the welcome ceremony they offered upon our arrival it was a beautiful touch. As a hotelier and a chef, this was a truly unique experience for me. From the very first moment, the Front Office Manager, Lalu, took excellent care of us. He even spoke a few words in Turkish as he had previously worked in Türkiye, which was a lovely surprise. Lalu even took care of our transfer to our next hotel. He definitely deserves a promotion. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and I’ve never seen a Front Office Manager like him! The lady who assisted us during check-in (I can’t remember her first name, but her maiden name was Sari) was very polite and kind. Throughout our stay, our room attendant Adi made us feel completely at home and surprised us in the sweetest ways every time we entered our room thank you so much for that. A big thanks to Novi at the spa who did my massage and facial treatment she was amazing. Our room was incredible, with fantastic amenities. We didn’t want to leave the private hot tub. I honestly dream of staying in the exact same room when we return. I’d like to offer a very special thank you to the kitchen team. I tried nearly everything at breakfast it was all delicious. My husband tried the traditional Balinese breakfast and really enjoyed it. The waitstaff at breakfast were kind and attentive. As for the dinners Nico took care of our table both nights and made sure we were comfortable.(He was also working the morning shift we saw him both in the evening and the morning, and yet his energy was still at its peak, and he continued to deliver outstanding service

Staff were so friendly, location was superb and the garden was beutiful.

The professional staff, hostess Erika and Ayo maid our stay very special. They remember you and are always making sure you are enjoying your self and have everything you need. Me and my partner felt safe and comfortable. All staff were smiling and helpful. We enjoyed an amazing massage at the spa, one of the best massage I ever had. The perfect way to start your day is by taking one of the free yoga sessions with Putu in the morning, after the yoga you can go down to the breakfast and meet the smiling Lovi, she will make sure you have all you need at your table. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at nau villa was exceptional. We booked the luxury villa and the room and view was outstanding. The food was excellent and the staff very welcoming. I highly recommend nau villa.

The hotel is located next to rice fields with beautiful view peaceful place. Mornings are fantastic. The breakfast is good and the dinner also. We enjoyed the terrace for dinner and the pool. The host is friendly.
