It’s more than just a hotel—it’s a living, breathing piece of history and architecture that left me completely spellbound. “I also wanted to thank Preety, Amy and the staff at the SeaLounge” From the moment I walked through the doors, I was treated like royalty. The customer service was flawless, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. Everything—from the check-in process to the smallest personal touches—was handled with care and grace. The location is unbeatable, with views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea just steps away. My mornings began with an incredible breakfast spread offering a vast array of delicious options from across India and beyond. The culinary excellence was matched only by the service and presentation. What truly set this experience apart was the sense of history that envelops the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Newton, the in-house historian, who spent two hours personally walking me through the rich legacy of the palace. Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. Thank you to everyone at the Taj Mahal Palace for creating memories I will cherish forever. I can’t wait to return.

The staff were exceptional. Prerna was messaging before I reached to let me know that if I had any needs she could take care of them. We stayed for a birthday celebration and they ensured that we had an amazing time. Even at the buffet breakfast the staff are asking what you would like, they will get anything you need for you and have it made fresh and brought directly to your table. The hospitality was very good.

The total quality management of Oberoi Mumbai were amazing from A to Z all were perfect during our 5 nights stay at this hotel, cleanliness, clam atmosphere, staff’s and respect towards guests, timely services all and all were out of our expectations

It was very luxurious. Everything was clean and smelled like jasmine. The staff were very kind always. They have cars available if you wish to go somewhere, and the food was amazing. Absolutely recommended.

Good location to airport Very modern, clean and bright room, good size superior king. Weird shower set up part of bath Breakfast good selection for me. Liked the lift doors open in front of the restaurants. Good gym and swimming pool. Good responsive staff. I liked the gourmet bar and were adaptable to my dietary needs - special thanks to Sanket
