The host was very nice and attentive, helped me with other things I needed that were not part of the booking such as a taxi to the airport. Compared to other places in Varkala, it was exceptionally quiet. The apartment was very clean and spacious, just a few minutes walk to Cafe Sarwaa and Trip is Life where I enjoyed good food and amazing views. There is also access to the beach through Cafe Sarwaa which was clean and without too many people and noise. I was just sad that I could not stay longer. I highly recommend this place!

A very nice place. Rooms are beautiful and clean. You can use the terrace, kitchen and so on. Staff is super nice and helpful. The location is just a few minutes from everything you need and a shop is just around the corner. Thanks for everything.

Good choice in breakfast buffet, a bonus are the cakes from the home bakery. Excellent kitchen and menu options. Great location with seaview from room, swimming pool area, restaurant and seating area in front of sea (and perfect for sunset. Attentive staff ready to help with any question or demand. Taxis being arranged at reasonable price and charged to the room. After first night we decided to stay 3 more days. Lovely walking track till varkala cliff and varkala beach or if you take other direction till kappill beach (less touristic but more authentic with local fisherman activities

Really we had a good time there... Mr. Benny was soo friendly... Even we arrive there before check in time, they provide us temporary room for refreshing.. some resorts don't offer this facility... totally it was a nice experience

Everything. The property is just atop the cliff and you can feel the sea breeze, hear the waves crashing and enjoy the vibe all day. Huge rooms, exceptionally polite staff and speedy management! It also has it's own private beach where no general public can come!
