Absolutely everything. Apartment situated in the very centre of Bergamo (lower part) on the 4th floor. It was an advantage: the view from balcony was stunning. Also there was no noice, even though apartment was in centre. The owners were so kind to bring us at 4 AM to the airport.

The apartment is great and the hosts attentive to every detail. Pick up from the airport and transportation to the accommodation, cold water in the fridge and all the necessary information provided by Giulia and Benjamin are pluses for this accommodation. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise in the charming atmosphere of Bergamo. I had just come from a very unfortunate experience in Barcelona, and I started thinking that perhaps three-star hotels had declined all over Europe. Not at all! I found an elegant and quiet hotel, even though it’s located on a main street, with a wonderful breakfast offering fresh and carefully selected products. The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel provides a welcome drink—which unfortunately I didn’t manage to enjoy, but I’d like to take this opportunity to thank them nonetheless. The toiletries were also remarkable—more numerous and diverse than anywhere else. I don't recall ever finding makeup remover in a hotel before. In other places, even those rated four stars, you're lucky if you get a little body lotion. The only downside was that noises from other rooms could be heard—of all kinds—and depending on their nature and intensity, they could even wake you up in the middle of the night. Of course, this also depends on the courtesy of the guests.

Considering that we wanted to be close to the airport, this was the best option who met our inquiries . Comfy. clean and specious room, modern with different automated functions. Also the hotel personnel was nice. Definitely will chose again this hotel, if we`ll be back in Bergamo.
