Instead of 2 nights we stayed 5 and based our Tuscan exploration from here as so wonderful! Big thanks to Suzy and Beatrice for their patience and extra help with sorting some things for us. You were wonderful! Michaela is a fantastic chef and recommend the smoked beef and sea bass and breakfasts were lovely. Lorenzo was a great sommelier who made great limoncello spritz! Amazing pool area and beautiful grounds with covered parking and beautiful views of the countryside. Will hopefully return one day from NZ

At a first sight you can see that owners of the hotel invested a lot to make it perfect. And perfect is the way I would call it. I have not seen a hotel equiped, built and ran with such presicion and perfection. Svetoni crest was ebroidered even on the pillows. In terms of interior and exterior design, there were just no mistakes. Osmosi restaurant was also one of our best culinary experience. And on top of that people are very friendly, we spent an hour after the guided winery tour (which we recommend) with our guide just chatting and discussing Italy and Italian food and bevrages.

Raffaele, Tiziana, and all the staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home. The property is stunning and the attention to detail is immaculate. We planned on staying one day only but kept extending and checked out 4 days later. To our benefit they had a last minute cancellation so we were grateful they could accomodate us. Raffaele also booked us at some of the most delicious restaurants, wine tastings and pretty much anything else we needed they were on top of it Truly exceptional people and customer service. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything, including helping us book dinner reservations offsite. Service was incredible. The views and patio facilities were soooo nice. Spa was very enjoyable.

I would rate 11 if it be possible!!! Everything was just awesome. This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean, spacious and perfectly designed. And the view …OMG !!! This is really place „close to heaven”.. If you plan to go to Tuscany go there !!! Many thanks to Flavio for all support during our stay !

We had a lovely welcome from Katia, who speaks great English and was always helpful. The hotel is a charming building, with just a few rooms and a very personal welcome. The bed and room was very comfortable, we had a balcony with a view out to the hills. The breakfast featured home made cakes. The walled town of Citta is a short walk away and has very well cared for ancient buildings with history, art, some great restaurants and independent shops (and not too many tourists). The location is close to the beautiful Lake Trasimeno and its attractive towns and boat trips
