Absolute luxury, gorgeous grounds - so well maintained. Room was huge and so luxurious. Pool was STUNNING and location was amazing too - right near gorgeous small towns and wineries! Breakfast was some the best I’ve ever had in Italy.

The manager, Andrea, was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots in the area, which truly enhanced our experience in Tuscany. The entire team at Podere 1384 is outstanding – warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that every guest is important here. A special thank you goes to Anetta from housekeeping, who took such great care of us when we encountered a small issue during our stay. The property is absolutely stunning – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. At times, we felt as if we had the entire hotel to ourselves. The pool area was often completely private, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. What truly sets Podere 1384 apart is the atmosphere. The moment you arrive, you feel at home. It’s a place where you can disconnect, relax, and recharge. Every detail, from the cozy rooms to the carefully prepared breakfast, is done with love. It was an incredible stay to disconnect from routine! The restaurant is amazing and I really enjoyed all recommendations that I was given. Thing to mention is breakfast, not many places in Italy has such a great variety of food on the buffet and eggs options (which in my case is my everyday "must " in the morning).
