Everything is a the highest level. We loved our room with the most comfortable bed and sheets. We thought the breakfast was incredible, a wide selection and all fresh and tasty. And perfect location. After staying here we will look for other Nolinsky hotels in europe.

Fabulous room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. The views and scenery ( gardens, Olympic pool area etc) were stunning. Had the best fish meal ( turbot and asparagus) I’d ever tasted in a restaurant (and it was only the bar restaurant). The chocolates they gave us in the room on arrival were divine. Breakfast was lavish. We felt pampered the whole time and had a wonderful romantic holiday.

We had a pleasant experience during our stay in the hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. It has a great location as it’s around 10 mins walk from the train station and 18 mins walk to the city centre. It was a trip for our honeymoon and they arranged a cute decoration in our room. When we checked out we ordered a water taxi to take us to the train station, but due to unforeseen circumstances we didn’t get one. However, the hotel staff carried our suitcases to the train station. We truly appreciate their kindness. And hope to come back to Venice and stay at this hotel again.

The Gritti Palace is one of the ultimate luxury stays. It's location in a restored 15th century palazzo on the Grand Canal really is unparalleled. The rooms are gorgeously styled, like the rest of the hotel, comfortable and pure luxury. Service throughout the stay, from check-in to check-out was exceptional. Concierge was an excellent help in organising various experiences for us. We also made sure to take part in the Culinary School hosted at the hotel with one of head chefs - a brilliant experience in itself. The bar is beautiful and has a range of excellent and creative cocktails - my favourite is the Wild Fennel Martini! The restaurant was stunning at dinner and at breakfast. Fabulous all round, zero regrets.
