The hotel is nere to Petra Visitor centre, easy to find, with private free parking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. At arrival we got useful information about exploring Petra valley which made our trip perfect. The room was perfectly clean, good wifi, safe, fruit and snacks on arrival, very good breakfast. We can highly recommend this hotel.

I come to visit Petra for more than 23 time in my life, this the first time I feel i am very happy to stay in hotel in Petra. really this hotel they are the best hotel in all Petra and more professional staff from Wadirum and Aqaba. The reception staff in evening when we come to the hotel they are very welcoming us. And morning as well. We take late dinner in the hotel the was very delicious and warm. Petra city in the evening very could but inside the hotel warm. My room very clean and comfortable beds and tea and coffee machine free . We found drinks in the freezer we think not free but next day the lady in reception she see is free for all guest. Everything in the room touched (High technology room) Spa and massage services was very nice The hotel Rooftop was unique with flat view of all city and Petra mountains. Really I love this hotel and hospitality and professional staff with very good services High recommended, i will come back very soon

The hostel was very well located, a 2 min walk from the entrance to petra. Could not have been closer! The staff were relaxed and were available at all times. They allowed us to leave our bags to go explore petra when we arrived early. The bathrooms were spotless as they were cleaned constantly. The cabins were hot during the day but they cooled down at night which was perfect for sleeping. Definitely good value for money.

Great Breakfast with omelettes, scrambled eggs and a huge buffet. The room had all mod cons and a good balcony with views. The staff were amazingly accommodating welcoming us after a long flight from Australia with tea and croissants then ferried us to the Petra entrance as soon as we asked. We toured Petra twice and to our delight in the morning before being taken to the Petra Gates in the hotel bus we were presented with lunch bags complimentary to make our day just that much better. After visiting each time we were picked up by the hotel mini bus and taken back to the venue after calling them on the phone number they provided again complimentary. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff of this hotel. It was wonderful. To top it off Zayed booked a private transfer for us to Aqaba and as usual with this venue the car turned up right on time. I would recommend this hotel as a genuine quality venue with absolutely committed to service staff.

! I had a fantastic experience at Petra Inbox Hostel. The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from the Petra Visitor Centre, which made it super convenient for early morning exploration. The capsule-style beds were surprisingly comfortable and clean, offering just the right amount of privacy. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. They gave great tips for visiting Petra and even offered a delicious lunch box option for the hike. The entire hostel was very clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the shared spaces were perfect for meeting other travelers. It’s excellent value for money, especially considering the facilities like lockers, Wi-Fi, and even an optional shuttle service. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Petra, especially solo travelers or backpackers looking for a friendly, well-located, and affordable place to stay. I’ll definitely come back
