love this hotel. they’re eco friendly hotel cos they dont provide bottled drinking water but provide electric kettle and glasses. coins self laundry and convenient store located at 2nd floor. breakfast is fabulous.

We had a beautiful and large room overlooking the bay. Everything was clean and staff helpful. We also could book a late checkout. It is just a 3 minute walk to the Disney Resort Line and there was also a free shuttle to it.

The room size, the bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was very easy to self check-in and check-out. The hotel was beautiful and staff were very friendly. Staff had a translating device that made it easy to communicate in English. The hotel is right next to a mall which made it very convenient for getting souvenirs, extra luggage and delicious food!!

The staff was amazing, the concierge team was very helpful and they were always available to answer any question we had and make reservations for us which is essential in Tokyo! The rooms were VERY clean, spacious and had excellent amenities. The location is probably one of the best things about this hotel as you are right on Tokyo Station and to get around the city as well as in and out of Tokyo, this is the best place to be.
