The staff is very friendly, respectful and always willing to help. The rooms are average level of luxury, but everything is clean and well arranged. The pool is spotless and the spa/gym area are spacious and big (although haven't tried the services. The hotel helps with on the spot tours and transport to and from the city if going out in the evenings. The food at the restaurant is delicious (had breakfast and dinner) and the service very good.
