Banteay Srey is such a beautiful place on the countryside of Kampot. I got picked up at Deva's Café from the hosts staff which was already so convenient. The bungalows are beautifully placed around a little pond and have everything you need (including a fan), but my favourite part was the balcony right above the pond where I had breakfast in the morning. Food is always made fresh and differs from the other Khmer food I found on my travels as I found it much more diverse and special! And then the spa experience: it was a unique flow the Khmer lady guided us through, from starting with making our own body mask from different roots, to having a steam bath, massages inside and outside the steam bath, to going into the little spring fed pool to cool down (all accompanied by the perfect hot or cool tea). You leave the place feeling so well taken care of and being a little bit closer to the ancient Khmer culture. Freya and the Khmer ladies were always the nicest, so attentive, warm and comforting. Thank you for this beautiful experience 🪷✨

We were absolutely satisfied with the acommodation and service. The hotel is beautiful and has a perfect location in a quieter part. It's only a few minutes by walk to the center. The hotel is new and everything is beautiful, it still needs a few details to be fine-tuned. If it maintains its standard, it is the pearl of Kampot, just like Kampot pepper. 🌿 The staff was very nice, smiling and ready to help. The breakfasts were very tasty, there was a buffet and a selection from the menu. The hotel also has sky bars overlooking Kampot. There is big space in front of the hotel for parking, and there are many restaurants and markets nearby. If you are looking for a hotel in Kampot, look no further - you have already found it. 👍 Staying here was a good choice.

My stay at Bohemiaz Resort in Kampot was exactly what I needed. I stayed in one of the hobbit huts right next to the natural pool, and it was such a peaceful spot. The natural pool was quiet and serene, perfect for a swim or just chilling by the water. The rainwater pool was great for a longer dip, and the shaded jacuzzi pool was ideal after a day of exploring. Plus, I loved having access to the steam room and sauna – a nice way to unwind each evening. The food was simple but so good. The Buddha bowls were my go-to – fresh, healthy, and tasty. Fresh coconuts were a daily treat, too. There’s also a minimart just a short walk away with cheese and chocolate, so I made sure to stock up on those little indulgences! I also took full advantage of the yoga center just around the corner. The sunrise and sunset sessions were the perfect way to start and end the day. There’s something about stretching out while the sun rises or sets over the landscape that just makes the whole experience feel even more special. The staff really made the place stand out, too. They were all so friendly, funny, and easygoing – they really created a relaxed vibe that made the place feel like home. Bohemiaz isn’t just about the beautiful setting – it’s a place that feels welcoming and unpretentious, where you can just be yourself. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic retreat in Kampot, this is the place.

Gorgeous little bungalow type accommodations! Different to other places we stayed, we loved the outdoor bathroom. The breakfast was varied and so tasty, staff so friendly and we ate dinner both nights in the cool bar/dining area and both were lovely.
