The room was lovely—clean, with crisp sheets and a serene view of the sea. The hotel premises were beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. While we didn’t try the pool, it looked inviting. The staff was helpful and quick to address issues. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning natural surroundings. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so we can’t comment on that.

Everything, except the location. It was a bit out of town but the hotel offered their own tuk tuk into town. Lovely room, with excellent balcony. Exceptionally helpful staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Booked the tuk tuk to round the temples and he was excellent. Very good value and a really pleasant 4 day stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel and experience from start to end. The staff is doing their outmost to make the stay comfortable, helps with booking turistic tours, packs lunch in case of early leave, and very kind. The swimming pool is gorgeous on the top floor with a nice bar and view over the city. The location is perfect with many shops, restaurants and spa nearby. I cannot wait to stay again there in Siem Reap!

Loved everything about this stay. Cannot fault it all, the most amazing place we've ever been to as a family. The staff were perfect, from the get go they accommodate you with anything you want to do on your holiday, transport always ready and airport pick up and drop off. We were able to do soo much in just 3 days because of the brilliant staff. Food, pool and room were beautiful. You cannot get better. Highly recommend to anyone going to Cambodia to stay here. We will definitely be going again and it is because of this amazing hotel.

Everything. Our stay here was amazing. We couldn’t believe how amazing this hotel was. The value for money is unbelievable. The staff that work here are so friendly and the communication between all the staff is fantastic. We changed extended our stay and changed to be in a different room to stay by the other people and all staff had been informed already and every staff member remembered us. It felt very special staying here. The food is also very impressive. My girlfriend had the flu when we were here and so we didn’t leave the hotel much but it was ok because the food was so good and the room was very comfortable. The massive bath also feels very luxurious.

Everything was amazing! The staff were super helpful and the kindest people. The pools were both incredible, they were clean, both in and out the pool, enough room to chill in the sun as well as hide away in the shade. The room was gorgeous and very spacious. Staff and services were also easy to contact from our room and very quick.
