While we only stayed one night, everything in the hotel was amazing. Our room was elegant and modern, and not to mention, super clean. At night we walked to the Paradise City next to Grand Hyatt, which is spectacular. Never seen a hotel so grandiose and luxurious like it. Definitely recommended to see. In the morning, we took the free shuttle bus to the airport. The staff and the shuttle service was great!

We are family of four (2 kids 2 adults). The hotel staff have been super helpful and friendly right from the very beginning to the end of our stay. They were friendly to the kids and gave them small gifts (it was halloween) and colouring gift boxes. Every where we go there are smiley faces. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store under the hotel so we can buy things that we need. Breakfast was nice and they even helped to take photos and put our kids face on our cappuccino. We didn’t ask for it. The staff have been so eager to help and we are pampered.

Would like to enquire for the future. We were three people and when I booked , automatically gave me 2 rooms, and there were 2 double beds in one room. I have noticed families in the opposite room. Just wondered why I had to pay for 2 rooms if we could have shared but must admit my daughter Kelly Loved being alone in the luxurious room It is a really beautiful hotel. Loved it Thank you so much Would appreciate a response, please.

    Overall, it was an excellent experience. The beds are really comfortable. Nice size rooms. West wing is the more recently refurbished. All very clean. Breakfast was a highlight! Facilities good (we had a couples spa treatment). Worth walking to Paradise city if you have time. The airport transfer bus was very handy.

    Excellent way to relax after a long flight! Very comfortable bed, fantastic view, spacious room and a bathroom. Absolutely silent room despite being close to airport. Food facilities were excellent, we had a take out from one of the hotel’s restaurant and it was a great way to relax in the privacy of own room after a long flight. Free shuttle bus is easy to catch.

    Comfortable, spacious king suite for one adult with three kids. For families with multiple children, note that there was only one bed suitable for two adults or one adult and two young kids. Had to get a roll away bed for my older child. Great breakfast included. Very easy to take the shuttle between the hotel and airport.

    Room was great : spacious, clean. Loved the mini spa with sauna and hot and cold pools. There is a women,s only and men,s only spa accessible via the west tower swimming pool change rooms. Swimming pool was great. I was there 1 night traveling through Seoul. I was blown away by the gobsmacking breakfast, included with my booking. Staff were absolutely superb. You couldn,t ask for better. It was like a mini vacation before reaching my final destination. 24 hour room service did not disappoint.
