During our 2 week trip to South Korea we stayed at 4 different hotels and this hotel had the most awesome service. Very customer oriented.They spoke good English which made a huge difference. They gave us tips on where and what to eat and helped us get around. The hotel’s location was great- close to the metro station and lots of restaurants and shops. We had a room with a nice view of the water and fishing boats.

There is a lounge for us to relax while waiting for room to be ready as we reached the hotel slightly earlier than the standard check in time. Room is nice and spacious with comfy bed. Location is good, about 15 mins walk to the shopping street.

The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. Cleaning schedule. It is possible to schedule cleaning when you need it. The hotel is close to bars, various restaurants, and attractions. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is breakfast. There are very limited options, but it is better than nothing. There is a laundry room, which includes washing machines, dryers, and a styler. Handy for long stays.
