Check-in was efficient and the staff were welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, bathroom and beautiful sea view. The hotel has city and sea view. 5 star hotel. Room bit outdated. Otherwise confortable and located on the sea. Beach not really to visit (the Port City will most probably upgrade it in the future). Great breakfast (as ShangriLa has). Good in-house restaurants but expensive. The food was nevertheless very good. Nice pool on 4th floor. Extra services (transfers, spa , etc) way overpriced (transfer to airport was 75 usd quoted by the hotel while a reputable taxi Kangaroo company with invoice and metre took me to the airport for 23 usd). Conected to a Mall with lots of shopping oportunities.

We were particularly amazed by the extra services we received without surcharge (we slept in the executive room), high noon tea and happy hour cocktails. The room is outstanding, the food is excellent and the swimming pool exactly like it looks on the pictures.
