Our stay was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location—right in the heart of a lush tea estate, with breathtaking views in every direction. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings made it feel like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile which especially important if you are traveling with small kids . The food was another highlight: delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented at every meal. Plus we enjoyed amazing and ad hoc dinner set up to celebrate birthday. Room was lovely - stylish & very comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, mouthwatering cuisine, and a setting that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard, this is the place. We can't wait to return! We had a lovely stay at The Paulwood Cabana—it felt just like being in a cosy mountain cabin. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, especially at night, which made for such a relaxing experience. The bed was really comfortable, and to top it all off, we were treated to a sky full of stars. A beautiful and serene place to unwind in nature!

Araliya Green Hills Hotel where I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is clean with a large, spacious and well-equipped room. Kind, smiling and professional staff. Fair price. Breakfast included, rich and good. Restaurant in the evening with a varied menu. Highly recommend the hotel. If I come to the area again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Located in an old tea factory, this hotel is something special for people who enjoy tradition. The outside facade of the old tea factory was kept, while the inside keeps many momentos, machinery and the old elevators. A special experience! Dinner and breakfast buffet were both excellent as well.
