What a place! Small, cosy, nice for the eyes, great food, fantastic staff, unbelievable garden! Free morning yoga!

Exceptional good food! Outstanding head chef! Fantastic service at all meals! Pleasant and modern furniture. All soft drinks inclusive. Lunch and dinner is served at your table. Breakfast is a buffet. Wide range of North Kite equipment. Very friendly and helpful kite-team!!! Easy access to the beach. Low and high tide kiteable. Rescue boat in service for free. Every thing very new in and in a very good shape.

Superb hotel, with excellent attentive service from all staff.

Everything great. They picked me up at the airport and back. I was offered a better room and gave me advise about the city and places to have dinner. The hotel and the room were very confortable , and Abdessamad, the owner, very attentive and helpfull.

Breakfast was v good - machine coffee (not charged as an extra) would be much appreciated. Also, gluten free options. The mango juice, porridge & crepes were v popular: more fresh fruit would be great too… Meals were generally excellent - but more choice for kids, pls - pizza/ nuggets & chips/ simple pasta & tomato/ pesto sauce Also, more snacks eg chocolate bars/ smoothies/ ice creams between meals for kids pls Incredible service. Wonderful staff. Super cocktails (prices / descriptions of each and of wine would be appreciated- a menu list ). Fantastic bday cake - thank you! And for our breakfast on departure with takeaways pancakes. V kind. Loved the fish & buffet salads etc And the Dune Canyon bonfire, guitar & songs. Spectacular Amazing atmosphere. Brilliant ION kitesurfing club & pool. Pls could steam room not be an extra cost - to warm up sailing after kiting. More activities needed eg bikes/ Stand up Paddleboarding (free, pls!) , boules, paddle tennis etc for down days (low wind). My stay at Caravan Dakhla was absolutely unforgettable. The service was excellent, the facilities very comfortable, and the location simply breathtaking. I want to highlight Soufiane and Hamid, the waiters, who were always so kind, attentive, and welcoming. A big thank you as well to Abdu, the kitesurf instructor — such a professional, passionate and patient teacher. I’ll definitely come back!

First of all the staff was amazing! They were very welcoming and helpful with whatever we needed. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and nice. I highly recommend staying at South Bay!

The hotel is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy Dakhla! The buildings, the two pools and the garden are beautifully designed, the ocean view is amazing, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast and dinner menus offer everything you need (and more) by combining international classics and local cuisine - all very delicious! The SPA is lovely and very good! The hotel arranged for us to rent a car which made traveling around the city and to the different kitesurfing-spots very easy. We felt very safe everywhere and very much enjoyed our stay - will definitely come back!

The hotel is very well located, in the center, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and less than a minute from the promenade. The workers are charming, very professional and always eager to help you with whatever you need. It's clean and very charming :)
