Gorgeous suites, large rooms and well laid out facilities so that one area never feels crowded, even at full occupancy. Concierge, housekeeping and front office staff were AMAZING. Went out of their way to celebrate birthdays for two members of our family with gifts and treats. Small issue occurred and the speed with which it was rectified and the warm apology we received was amazing. The location is 100% but he majority of the team and the level of service received is second to none.

As returning guests, it was great to see our initial experience repeated. The room was very comfy yet spacious. Great housekeeping services. Impeccable pools. Nicely maintained surroundings. The absolute best about Shanti are the wonderful people working there. To Akshay, Manootra, Darshini, Vandana, Adisa, Christopher (I hope I didn't misspell the names) and all the others I could not name here: Thank you for your kindness, great service and all those little moments that really make a difference. This is a resort that meets virtually all customer expectations and exceeds them. We had a quiet room, close to the beach where we could spend time swimming, relaxing and consume a never ending stream of coconut water or drinks. Staff is extremely helpful, always helping with a smile. We also had a day out at Ille de Deux Cocos - and were assisted by a very kind, welcoming and smiling team of people, particularly Mike who makes an excellent butler. Totally recommended.

We loved every single thing about this hotel. Its amazing. Everybody smiles, food are good, there are many options for the high quality activitiea and resting your mind is so easy. They even provided a privacy net around our villa as we asked. Water activities are free, coast is long and calm, they take care of personal needs. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, really nice restaurants. The gardens are beautiful, the room is big, though little too dark. We had amazing days there. You have also the possibilities to do snorkeling, stand up paddle and other kind of stuffs. The spa is also great. Check in process could bet a little bit faster.
