Everything was perfect, will definitely recommend to my friends.

I don't know where to start. From the time we arrived we were welcomed with the Malaysian hospitality. The manager Giri and his staff are very attentive, obliging and very knowledgeable. The check in was flawless, and we were guided to our room by one of lovely staff members. The hotel is on the newer side and is maintained very well unlike some other hotels in Penang... Our loft room was on the top floor and the design of the room was different to normal hotels. Upon entering the room the Gold and glass trimmings were absolutely beautiful. This is a 2 storey room, the shower is absolutely gorgeous, the experience is next to nothing. There is a lounge, TV area also with a small window overlooking the side street. The stair case takes you to the loft where there is a super king comfortable bed for you to rest up in. Everything is spotless, smells fresh, whitest of linen and towels. Our room stay was very comfortable. The pool is on the top floor also with the gym. The pool is something to be seen. I spent most of my time there enjoying the salt water swims, relaxing and taking in the warm Malaysian sun not forgetting to mention the awesome view from the pool deck. Don't forget to experience the sunrise on the pool deck its amazing. The hotel is in a fabulous area within the Unesco Heritage listed precinct. Take a walk and discover little hip cafes, bakeries,..traditional kopitiams, and hundreds of other little eateries. We loved Little India which was a stones throw away where we could enjoy fresh cooked meals for a small price. Armenian Street, clan jetties and lots more in the area for you to discover. The hotel also has a number of restaurants and cafes for you to relax and cool off in. Enjoy and I would highly recommend this hotel above others in the area. Such a beautiful hotel with great clean and comfortable rooms, we got the sea view facing rooms and it was an absolutely stunning view. I really enjoyed my stay here, very great location to check out the sights and sounds of georgetown!

Strategic place where all the viral places is near. Can use grab to go to all the places instead of driving. Definitely going to repeat again to stay here.
