First time here at Regenta Resort and Spa and I have really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was swift, staff were polite and helpful. Rooms on riverside was reasonably priced and well equipped, clean and upto standard. Breakfast was tasty and had variation. Definitely would come back and stay if i ever visited this side of country.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

We had an excellent stay in Kasara. Surely one of the best, if not the best 5 star hotel in Chitwan. Staff were super polite and helpful, facilities was amazing and the food was superb, we enjoyed every single dish we were served. Raj and the team did an incredible job during our stay, highly recommended

A Perfect Nature Retreat! I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a highlight of my visit. The rooms were clean, and cozy, and offered a peaceful connection to nature. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great hospitality, delicious food, and a serene escape! 10/10!

After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. An excellent and welcoming hotel in the Chitwan National Park area. Excellent hotel restaurant with daily live entertainment, hotel staff exceptionally helpful and always smiling and dedicated. We enjoyed the rich breakfast, vegetables, fruit and if the breakfast was not buffet style, it was possible to order directly with the chef's recommendation. Quiet outdoor seating by the pool. The insulation from the jungle heat was fantastic. Accommodation in cabins with all comfort and cleanliness. Everything down to the last detail. Foods generally very reasonably priced, more expensive alcohol is generally a matter of Nepal. The air conditioning is perfect and necessary, the toilet is clean, daily cleaning, the possibility to make coffee, fast internet as a matter of course. English as a language of communication is a matter of course. The Barahi chain of hotels is very similar and the services are exactly the same, at a high level. There is a swimming pool, a bar and places to rest and sunbathe. A 24/7 restaurant is the norm, security at the entrance always greets you and directs you if you ask for advice. Safari is a chapter unto itself. Breakfast in the jungle is inimitable. We saw a rhino right across the river from the hotel. We will definitely return to the hotel next year and can only recommend it. The price level is excellent, you will be hard pressed to find a better one. A clear choice for us.

we liked everything about the property. it was a tranquil oasis and a much needed break from city life. the staff are absolutely incredible, so attentive and they showed us such kindness and made us feel very at home. we went on a jeep safari with some of the staff and had a fantastic time, even though we didn’t see a tiger, we still saw lots of incredible jungle wildlife and it was a dream to be that immersed in nature. food is exceptional, all very fresh and the chefs and serving staff are all really lovely.

Surrounded by greenery, Sapana Village Lodge is a 01-minute drive from Sauraha City Centre and provides complimentary transport service to and from the lodge.
