What a lovely place to stay. I stayed at the start of my trip and at the end. It was easy to get to from the airport, check in was quick and painless. All of the staff were smiley, friendly and helpful. The little pool area is nice and there are outdoor heaters if you are a bit chilly. The room was clean with ample space and facilities. I really loved it and would definitely recommend and return.

Absolutely loved my stay at SO/ Auckland! Everything about this hotel is pure luxury – from the stunning room to the beautiful facilities. I truly enjoyed the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi – all immaculate and so relaxing. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and every detail feels high-end. The staff are exceptional – warm, professional, and always ready to help.
