All the resort stuff were very kind and polite.. The ladies of the reception are very kind and have good English.. The place are quiet and it has a touch of nature specially while sitting in the balcony.. The balcony is fully private and u can spend nice morning while having the coffee there.. Pool was perfect - easily accesssible, clean, bar to one side. Room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel is single storey which adds to the relaxed feel and no messing about with elevators. The staff were excellent, very heplful and friendly, I had a problem with the safe, I rang reception, it was sorted in minutes.

The staff were so polite and helpful. The manager upgraded us to a suit with a room as my mother couldn't climb the stairs. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay there

We had a lovely stay at Jabal Al Akhdar Grand Hotel. We had such a warm welcome with a welcome drink and warm face towel. Special thanks to Ms Fatima & Mahi.We had a dinner in hotel restaurant, they kindly took our order in advanced so we can chill in our room, once the food is ready they called us to come down when the food is almost ready. The food was excellent, even the breakfast was excellent. Over all the staff was very friendly and helpful.
