Exceptional hotel. The breakfast is amazing, with so much choice. The staff are so friendly and kind, always on hand to assist. The food is top class, we ate there both evenings, the yakitori buffet was top class. The room was nice and spacious, with a big comfortable bed and a good shower. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the main plaza. The hotel also offer some additional extras, we joined the pisco sour class, which was enjoyable. They also have an alpaca in the courtyard for breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful. The charm of the old, with the comfort of the modern rooms. The concierge service was great for the tours and restaurants. Our driver during the transfers was great, as was our guide Hugo! We had an amazing time. The restaurant inside the hotel is great, as well as the one at Monastério (which is also a Belmond across the street). The complimentary mini bar is a great addition and we loved the small surprises/ beauty products in our room. You will see a lot of small details like covers on the water balls or small attentions during the turndown service.

The place has great historic vibe and the staff was extremely helpful and at same time humble. There was no fuzz and all explanations were clear and purposeful. There is also a pharmacy and an ATM next door and across the street is the main market in the city, so the location inch perfect.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. From pre arranging massages and an airport taxi everything was great. Excellent communication. The road outside the hotel was shut as we arrived and they immediately dispatched two helpful guys to help us up the street with our luggage. Massages were fantastic. Rooms very clean. They kept our luggage whilst we went to Machu Picchu. Breakfast is splendid - perfectly cooked omelette to order amongst lots of other delights. If I am fortunate enough to return to Cusco I’ll be back!

A very well refurbished old Spanish Colonial villa with lovely courtyard and centrally located in excellent quarter of old Cusco. Room/bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and lazy :-) and the reception staff extremely helpful. A big thank you to Judy for a truly wonderful massage.

The room itself was basic, but I liked the heater inside the room and the big hot tub inside the bathroom. Besides the room, I liked the beautifully decorated lobby. They had a sauna and steam room, which needed to be reserved prior to use. The breakfast was also nice, which was prepared by a chef: bowl of fruit (watermelon, honeydew, papaya), scrambled eggs, cup of yogurt, bread, butter, and jam. Only the coffee and tea were self-service.
