Staff was super friendly and hospitable. Exceptional service and breakfast was really good. Property was in a really good spot due to the distance to the beach. Services such as towel beach which was provided from the hotel was a huge plus!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Everything was amazing, the facilities, the restaurants, the beach. Also the pick up from the airport. They picked us up and took us to a private port, from which we were taken directly to the hotel by private boat.

We loved the peace and tranquility of the property! as soon as you arrive you are greeted with the loveliest staff. they are very accomodating and also will try their hardest to come to your needs! Wonderful place to stay if you like peace, quiet and privacy. Staff were all lovely, villas were great with a calming atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The gardens surrounding the villas and the paths were all well maintained and contributed to the atmosphere.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La hotel in Boracay. Everything about the staff , the facilities, the service was great and enjoyable. The place is huge and everything can be done without ever going out on the island. the hotel also provides van transfer service, which allows to go visit the island and the town center very easily. Inside the resort, we felt very secured and everything was done for us to feel the most comfortable as possible the food was delicious, the breakfast is very rich and diverse to please every taste. The swimming pools are superb, with sea view to relax in the best environment.
