Room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable. The service was exceptional, all staff were incredibly warm, attentive and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Restaurant food also very good. Location very convenient and 5 minutes to the airport.

Larah & another receptionist (manager ) were so cooperative, humble, polite, & cheerful, they provided Netflix, breakfast, It was value for money

I didn't like the place, I loved it! This is one of the nicest place I've stayed in Dumaguete. The facilities are all good and excellemtly working. Staff are also friendly and approachable.

There was a warm welcome from all the staff. We were greeted in a way that shows they care for their clients. Staff provided honest and correct information. For example, a local driver who could transport to sand bar(Manjuyod sandbar) also, good local seafood restaurant. The view across the sea was wonderful, providing a tranquil and yet stimulating environment. The comforting care made us feel at ho.me. The quality of service was second to none. The hotels cleanliness is exceptional

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, the team made me feel truly valued as a guest. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their genuine hospitality truly sets this hotel apart. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, tucked away in lush surroundings with enchanting gardens. The attention to detail in the interior design is remarkable, creating an ambiance that is both elegant and inviting. Attractive neighbourhood, close to the seafront and numerous restaurants and cafes. A very welcoming and well run hotel with a beautiful pool and terrace. The breakfast was exceptional.

Staff were extremely helpful and arranged so much for me from airport pick up to ferry tickets and port drop off. A delightful experience.

Resort was beautifully presented, comfy beds, great location right on the ocean, excellent well-maintained facilities. We arrived sick, and housekeeping staff could not have been more supportive and accommodating of our requests. Will definitely stay again!

The Resort is set in a perfect, peaceful location above the sea shore looking across to Dumaguete. The facilities are excellent throughout and there is a lovely infinity pool. The rooms are very spacious each with private balconies. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.
